Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and safety procedures
- Operators must be 18 or older and present a physical driver’s license; license photos are not accepted
- Passengers must be at least 6 years old
- Each Jet Ski has a 350-pound total weight limit
- Requires good physical condition and the ability to swim
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Sign a liability waiver before riding
- Do not ride after using alcohol or drugs
- Follow safety instructions and remain within the designated riding area
- Unsafe driving, racing, or dangerous maneuvers may end the rental without a refund
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when canceled more than 120 hours before start. A 10% fee applies within 120 hours, 25% within 96 hours, and 50% within 48 hours. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
