• Drivers must be 18 or older, or 16 with a parent or legal guardian present
• Maximum combined weight is 450 lbs per jet ski
• A valid driver's license is required to drive. Bring a valid photo ID for each jet ski
• Drivers born after January 1, 1988 require a boating safety license or temporary renter's certificate. Out-of-state boating licenses are accepted; bring your license or proof of it. The temporary renter's course costs $9.99 and is not included in the listed price
• Clear communication is required for safety instruction and understanding the waterways. Service may be denied if a language barrier prevents this
• A $300 security deposit per jet ski is required at rental and is not included in the listed price. The full deposit is released if you return the jet ski in the same condition
• Complete waivers before your rental
• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time for waivers and instruction
