The owners here have built up a loyal following for good reason. Repeat customers praise the reasonable prices, reliable boats, and genuinely helpful staff who take time to offer recommendations, especially if you're new to the area. The pontoons are popular for family outings, and the Lost Parrot party boat gets enthusiastic mentions for bachelorette parties and group celebrations with a fun crew keeping everyone entertained. The online booking process is straightforward, and they're accommodating when weather or plans change. Most boats are well-maintained and clean, though a couple renters mentioned getting older pontoons that felt less nice than expected. One reviewer had a frustrating timing issue where safety briefings ate into their rental time without any offer to make it right. Staff members like Kiley, Matt, and Ray get called out by name for being friendly and knowledgeable. There's a bonus beach area right by the rental spot where kids can swim, plus a nearby restaurant for post-adventure relaxation.
Door county boat rental is the best. The owners are really nice and helpful.
