Cancellation Policy
The 20% deposit is nonrefundable. Cancel at least 3 days before your ride, or 7 days before rides during holiday weeks. Cancellations within these windows are charged in full. If your group is more than 15 minutes late, your ride may leave without you and you'll be charged in full.
