- Afternoon storms may delay departure until the storm subsides.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled ride.
Cancellation Policy
The 20% deposit is nonrefundable. You may cancel up to 3 days before your ride, or up to 7 days before rides during holiday weeks. Cancellations within those windows are charged in full. If your group is more than 15 minutes late, your ride may leave without you and you'll be charged in full.
