Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation prior to 24 hours before start (72 hours for parties of 6+). Cancellations within 24/72 hours are charged 50%. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arriving late and missing the activity are charged 100%. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe conditions or minimum not met.
