Cancellation Policy
Refunds are honored for cancellation requests made within 48 hours before check-in. Full charge applies outside 48 hours and for no-shows. Groups of 20+ receive a full refund if canceled at least 21 days before the luau; cancellations or changes within 21 days are non-refundable.
