Things to know
Ages 5+. Snorkelers must be competent open‑ocean swimmers; full‑face masks not allowed. Not suitable for expectant mothers, recent surgeries, or back, neck, or hip issues; no bathroom or shade onboard; arrive 15 minutes early.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start for regular tours; 100% charge within 24 hours or for no-shows. Private charters: free up to 72 hours; 100% charge within 72 hours or for no-shows. Late arrivals after departure or choosing not to go are treated as day-of cancellations with no refund.
