Things to know
Snorkelers must be competent open-ocean swimmers; depending on conditions, non-swimmers may be restricted from snorkeling. Full-face snorkel masks are not allowed. If provided gear is lost or damaged beyond repair under your use, an additional fee will be incurred—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time to avoid charges. Cancel less than 24 hours before, no-show, late arrival after the tour starts, or opting out day-of: charged 100% of the tour total. Private charters: free cancel up to 72 hours before; otherwise charged 100%.

No. Do not board if you have chronic back, neck, or hip injuries, back pain, limb impairment/injuries, or recent surgeries of any kind.
You ride on a 25-foot rigid hull Zodiac boat with no formal seats (you sit on the inflatable tubes). The boat has no bathroom and no shade, and you may get splashed.
