Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before start. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 100% of the tour total. Reservations made within 24 hours of start are final and not refundable. Valid physical certification card or official digital eCard is required; failure to provide it is treated as a day-of cancellation.

Bring a reusable water bottle, towel, change of clothes, reef-safe sunscreen (apply at least 30 minutes before the tour), and sunglasses and a hat with straps if you plan to use them. Arrive wearing your swimsuit since no changing facilities are available.
Yes. If you drive yourself, you can leave items in your rental car. If you are dropped off, you may lock belongings in the vans at your own risk; the operator cannot be responsible for loss or damage.
