Things to know
Certified divers only (ages 10+), and you must bring valid proof of certification (physical card or official eCard). If rental gear is lost or damaged beyond repair during your use, an additional fee applies—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before start. Reservations made within 24 hours of start are final and not eligible for a refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before start or no-shows are charged 100%. No refund if you can’t show valid certification proof.

Yes. Bring valid proof of certification as a physical card or an official digital eCard. Photos or photocopies are not accepted.
Bring a reusable water bottle, towel, change of clothes, reef-safe sunscreen (apply at least 30 minutes before the tour), and sunglasses and a hat with straps if you plan to use them. Arrive wearing your swimsuit since no changing facilities are available.
Yes. If you drive yourself, you can leave items in your rental car. If you are dropped off, you may lock belongings in the vans at your own risk; the operator cannot be responsible for loss or damage.
