- Rappel participants: Ages 12+ only, 70–250 lbs, with a 22–48 inch waist measurement
- Spectators: Ages 6+ only and available only with a rappel participant
- Requires good balance, navigation of slippery, muddy, uneven terrain, and climbing at least 10 flights of stairs unassisted
- Rappelling is not appropriate with back problems, recent surgeries, bone or joint problems, heart conditions, or pregnancy

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for no charge; parties of 6+ must cancel 72 hours ahead. Cancellations within these windows incur 50%; same-day cancellations and no-shows incur 100%. Late arrivals unable to attend incur 100% and may reschedule once on standby. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather/ocean conditions or minimum participation not met.
