Ages 12+ can rappel; ages 6+ can join as a spectator with a booked rappel participant. Participants must weigh 70–250 lbs and have a 22–48 inch waist; minimum age is 10 and it is not recommended for those over 65. Not suitable for pregnancy, back problems, recent surgeries, bone/joint problems, or heart conditions.
Gratuities are highly appreciated if well served; confirm any expected amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start (72 hours for parties of 6+). Cancellations within 24/72 hours are charged 50%. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or being late and unable to attend are charged 100%. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe conditions or not meeting minimum participants.
