- Dogs are welcome on tandem kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards. A $5 pet fee is not included in the listed price.
- Late returns may incur a charge for an extra hour for each reserved boat, separate from the listed price.
- Make sure everyone in your party completes a waiver before taking part.
- Arrive at least 20 minutes before your reservation starts, and return all boats by your reservation end time.
Cancellation Policy
For 7 or fewer boats: changes/cancellations are free over 72 hours ahead, 50% at 24–72 hours, and 100% under 24 hours. For 8+ boats: free at least 7 days ahead, 50% at 4–7 days, and 100% under 4 days. Refunds are gift cards. Operator cancellations for weather or dangerous conditions incur no charge; rescheduling is attempted, with a gift-card refund if the trip cannot be rescheduled.
