- Use only reef-safe sun protection in Kealakekua Bay. Sunscreen must contain only zinc oxide or titanium dioxide as active ingredients
- Arrive 15 minutes before your tour starts

You'll receive a full refund or credit with at least 48 hours' cancellation notice, or 72 hours for parties of 6+. You'll also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Tours require at least 6 passengers; low numbers may result in a refund or rebooking. No-shows are charged the full price.
