- Confident swimming ability required
- Complete the online liability waiver before arriving
- Ages 11+ for group lessons; ages 8–10 require semi-private or private lessons; under 8 private lessons only
- Maximum equipment weight is 230 lbs (104 kg)
- Not suitable for pregnant travelers or people with medical conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bring drinking water. If you have them, bring a rashguard or long-sleeve Lycra top, yoga pants or leggings, and reef shoes; these items are provided if needed.
