The crew here really sets the standard for what a dive operation should be. Names like Kay, Elias, James, Corey, and Captain Ty come up repeatedly for their deep knowledge of marine life and genuine enthusiasm for sharing the underwater world. Kay especially earns praise for spotting hard-to-find creatures like octopuses and eels, and for explaining behaviors most divers would miss entirely. The guides use underwater tablets to communicate and identify species, which divers found surprisingly helpful for learning what they're actually seeing. What stands out is the personalized, uncrowded feel. Multiple reviewers describe it as diving with family rather than being herded through a commercial operation. The shop accommodates mixed groups well, handling certification dives, experienced divers, and snorkelers on the same trips without anyone feeling neglected. The boat stays comfortable, dive sites include spots other operators don't visit, and safety protocols like face-to-name attendance checks after each dive give everyone confidence. One billing dispute surfaces in the reviews, but it's an isolated incident in an otherwise overwhelmingly positive picture of professionalism and genuine hospitality.

I brought my children and my grandson to get his open water dive certificate. Big success and a wonderful all around experience. Kaye was so patient with my 11 yr grandson who with a recent cold couldn't normalize ear pressure. Two days and he succeed! The other 3 of us loved our dives and dive masters. This is the most all-in coordinated crew I have ever seen. 3 generations of divers! Blessed!
