The manta ray snorkel tours here have clearly left a lasting impression on visitors, with crew members like Captain Dan, Doug, and Janet consistently earning praise for their warmth, knowledge, and genuine care. The experience follows a lovely arc: a sunset boat ride out, snorkeling alongside manta rays that reportedly glide inches from your face, then hot chocolate on the ride back under the stars. Staff share fun facts about the mantas along the way, even calling some of them by name. A manta ray sighting guarantee adds real peace of mind, with the company arranging free repeat trips when the rays don't show. One reviewer noted that nervous or less experienced swimmers could have used more encouragement getting into the water, so if that's a concern for your group, it's worth flagging ahead of time. Beyond that, the vibe here feels genuinely local and personal, with crew that make you feel like family rather than just another tour group.
