Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your lesson start time
- Ages 10+ only
- Complete a medical questionnaire on site before participating
- Chronic health conditions, certain medications, or recent surgery may require written physician approval before diving
- Wear your swimsuit, as changing facilities are not available
- Wear a face mask to enter Sheraton Kauai Resort
- Secure rental gear during use; lost or irreparably damaged gear may incur an additional fee
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals that miss the lesson are charged 100% of the tour total. If you discontinue the dive due to fear or anxiety, no refund is available.
FAQs
Avoid activities above 1,000 feet (300 meters) for 18 hours after diving, including helicopter or airplane tours, flights, and driving or hiking to Waimea Canyon.
Wear your swimsuit and bring a towel. Apply sunscreen at least 45 minutes before your lesson, and consider bringing sunglasses with a leash and a hat with straps.
You may bring your own regulator and/or buoyancy control device. Any personal gear must be properly serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommendations; maintenance is not available before the dive.
