- Arrive 30 minutes before the tour start time; late arrivals cannot join after departure
- Ages 14+ only; minimum weight 90 lbs
- Participants ages 14–17 must join with a parent or court-appointed legal guardian
- Confident swimming skills are required; life jackets and floats are not allowed
- Wetsuits are required for participation
- This physically demanding tour requires good physical condition and health; it is not recommended for medical conditions that may limit safe participation
- Pregnancy is not permitted
- This tour does not include sea turtle or shark snorkeling
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.
