Cancel or reschedule 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Groups of 6+ must cancel or reschedule 72 hours before; private charters: 7 days before. Full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather, mechanical malfunction, or vessel failure. No refunds for no-shows.
