Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund; groups of 5 or more need 72 hours, and private charters need 7 days. Later cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals are charged in full. Full refund or rebooking if the operator cancels due to weather, safety, operational requirements, insufficient guests, or conditions.
