- Pregnant travelers cannot join whale watching tours
- Requires walking unassisted and safely boarding the vessel

- Priority Boarding Pass holders must check in at least 15 minutes before departure to receive priority boarding
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with 48 hours' notice. Groups of 5 or more need 72 hours' notice, and private charters need 7 days' notice. Late cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels due to weather, safety, or operational requirements, choose a full refund or rebook.

Bring a hat, sunglasses, reef-safe non-spray sunscreen, and any snacks you need. Filtered water is available on board. Wear easy-to-remove footwear; shoes are removed when you board. Bring a light rain jacket or windbreaker in winter and a dry bag for personal items if desired. You may bring your own drinks, but no glass.
