Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before your trip for a deposit refund less non-refundable booking or processing fees. Cancel within 7 days for a 50% charge; within 48 hours, 100% is charged. Full refund less non-refundable fees if the operator cancels for unsafe weather.

Bring drinks and snacks in cans or plastic containers, plus sunscreen, towels, sunglasses, and a change of clothes. Leave glass bottles, red wine, glitter, confetti, Styrofoam containers, and illegal substances behind.
Your charter begins and ends at the scheduled times. Late arrival does not extend your time on the water, and no refund is available for lost time.
Follow the captain's directions at all times. Unruly, excessively intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe behavior can end the charter without a refund.
