- Service may be refused without refund for unruly, excessively intoxicated, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before your trip for a full refund. Cancel 9–14 days before for a $100 fee plus 6% booking fee; 3–8 days before, 50% plus 6% booking fee applies. No cancellations within 72 hours. The operator may cancel for unsafe weather; receive a full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee or reschedule.
