Important details
- Ages 12+ only; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian
- Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian-signed liability waiver
- Sign a liability waiver before participating
- Wear quick-dry, non-cotton clothing and secure footwear; flip-flops and Crocs are not permitted
- Bring water, sun protection, a towel, and dry clothes for after the trip
- Inform your guide of pertinent medical conditions, medications, allergies, surgeries, or physical limitations
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a refund minus a 10% admin fee. Reschedule more than 48 hours before start for a 10% admin fee. No-shows are charged in full. Activities run rain or shine. If unsafe conditions require cancellation and rescheduling is not possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
