• Drivers must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license. Bring your license to check-in.
• Drivers born on or after September 1, 1993 need a Texas Boater Safety Card before the rental starts. An exemption applies to out-of-state residents who have passed a course approved by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department in another state. Bring the required certification.
• Participation requires no health restrictions that would prevent safe use of the watercraft.
• A major credit card in the renter's own name is required. Bring the card used for the reservation to check-in; a valid credit card will be retained to cover damage or missing items. You are responsible for the full cost of damage.

• The watercraft's make, model, year, and color are not guaranteed. An equal-or-better watercraft may be substituted.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your reserved time for paperwork and renter orientation. Your rental starts at the reserved time, so arriving late reduces your time on the water.
