Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental start time for a full refund. Later cancellations are charged in full. No cancellation refunds are available on holiday weekends; you lose your deposit.

Arrive 20–30 minutes early for check-in. Your rental starts at your reserved time, and late arrival does not extend your time on the water. Arriving 2 or more hours late forfeits the rental and results in a full charge.
