- Expect a mandatory 20% captain fee, not included in the listed price, paid directly to the captain at the end of the charter unless prepaid
- Bring a valid photo ID matching the credit card used for the reservation; ID may be checked before departure
- Complete the required waiver before the charter
- Children under 13 must wear a life jacket while the boat is underway; youth life jackets are available on request
- Plan for rain or shine; operations cancel only when conditions are deemed unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before for a full refund. Cancel 9–14 days before: $100 cancellation fee plus 6% booking fee. Cancel 3–8 days before: 50% charge plus 6% booking fee. No cancellations within 72 hours; 100% is charged. If canceled for unsafe weather, receive a refund minus the non-refundable booking fee or reschedule.
