- A mandatory 20% captain fee is not included in the listed price and is due directly to the captain at the end unless prepaid
- Bring a valid ID that matches the credit card used for payment; ID may be verified at check-in
- Children under 13 must wear a life jacket while underway; youth life jackets are available upon request
- Arrive on time; charter time begins at the scheduled reservation time, with no credit for late arrivals or early returns
- Plan for rain or shine; trips operate unless day-of conditions are determined unsafe
- Avoid unsafe, disruptive, or excessively intoxicated behavior; service may be refused without a refund

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 15+ days before the trip. Cancellations 14–9 days before incur a $100 fee plus 6% booking fee; 8–3 days before incur 50% of the total plus 6% booking fee. No cancellations within 72 hours. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, receive a full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee or reschedule at no charge.

Complete the online waiver before your Lake Travis charter, and have everyone in your party sign it to avoid delays.
Leave shoes, red wine, glitter, sharp objects, glass, Styrofoam, and messy snacks off the party barge. Do not fight, litter, smoke cigarettes on board, push or jump while the boat is moving, dive headfirst in shallow water, or engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior. Glass carries a $250 fine.
