Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before your trip for a full refund. Cancel 9–14 days before for a $100 fee plus a 6% booking fee; 3–8 days before for 50% of the total plus a 6% booking fee. No cancellations within 72 hours. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, receive a full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee or reschedule at no charge.

Leave shoes, red wine, glitter, sharp objects, glass, Styrofoam, and messy snacks off the boat. Do not fight, litter, smoke in a way that causes burns, push or jump while the boat is moving, or dive headfirst in shallow water.
