Important details
- The cardholder must present a credit card and photo ID at check-in
- Every passenger must sign an electronic waiver before boarding
- Bring $5 cash per person for the required park entry fee at the booth, not included in the listed price
- A captain gratuity is not included. A 20% minimum gratuity is required; cash or Venmo is preferred, and a missed gratuity will be charged to the card
- Arrive 35 minutes early for Saturday, Sunday, and holiday reservations
- Return the boat on time. A late return caused by your group's negligence incurs a minimum $500 charge
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 14 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 10 days before your reservation; cancellations receive a refund less a 20% administration fee. Less than 10 days' notice, no-shows, and holiday weekend reservations are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled. Light rain does not qualify. If unsafe weather at rental time or a government shutdown cancels the rental, receive a refund less 20% or a gift card for 100% to reschedule.
