- At Volente Beach, a $10-per-person dock access fee applies and is not included in the listed price

- Children under 13 must wear a life jacket while the boat is underway
- Trips operate rain or shine and may be adjusted or stopped when conditions are unsafe

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before for a full refund. Cancel 9–14 days before: $100 cancellation fee plus 6% booking fee. Cancel 3–8 days before: 50% charge plus 6% booking fee. Within 72 hours, cancellations are not permitted and 100% is charged. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, receive a full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee.
