Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early with a valid photo ID
- Every participant must complete a waiver before departure
- Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian present or an unaccompanied-minor waiver
- Keep a life jacket with you; minors under 14 and unaccompanied minors under 18 must wear one at all times
- Wear a life jacket at all times while using the watermat
- Alcohol and drugs are not permitted while on or operating watercraft
- Choose a watercraft within its stated passenger and weight limit, from 100 to 1,500 lbs depending on the craft
- Adaptive paddling options are not currently available
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your reserved time for a full refund. No refunds or rescheduling are available on the day of the rental. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, equipment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
FAQs
Bring towels, sunscreen, water, snacks, and a dry bag or plastic bag for your phone. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes; a hat and sunglasses are also helpful.
Bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted while on or operating watercraft.
A limited number of free lockable lockers are available on site for your belongings.
