We loved everything about our experience with Packer! Scheduled a glacier hike through our cruise ship and it was just as described. Sam and Ken are the BEST!! They stopped on the hike and talked about the local trees (we tried the Spruce tip beer and got our vitamin C), told us which berries we can eat (watermelon are amazing!) and we even stopped at a creek to fill our containers with fresh glacier water. Best dang water we have ever had!! The glacier had shifted so Sam scouted out a safe route for us to get on it, while Ken made us mountain coffee...that is some good stuff! Still can't believe we walked on a glacier and had lunch on it. Every detail of the expedition was exceptional. Will definitely hike with you again when we hope to return to Alaska soon! Thanks for such an unbelievable experience! M & E :)
