You ride in a tandem (two-seat) kayak with a 385 lb combined weight limit for both riders. If your combined weight exceeds 385 lbs or you are over 6'5" tall, notify the operator within the first few hours after booking so they can arrange a single kayak (limited availability). They do not pair strangers together, and if your group has an odd number of guests, one person will ride in a single kayak.
Tours depart on time. If you arrive late, the guide cannot wait, and you will not be refunded.
