Cancel in writing at least 48 hours before departure for a refund; no refund with less notice. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours incur the full charter fee. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather. An early return due to unexpected bad weather may receive a partial refund. No refund for seasickness, illness, or no catch.
