- A security deposit and card on file are required; without optional insurance, damage or theft costs are deducted from the deposit, with any remaining balance charged to the card on file
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 72 hours before start for a full refund. Cancel 24–72 hours before start for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours. For riding-preventing weather, out-of-state guests receive a full refund.
