Important details
- Arrive at the Kilohana Mansion for check-in no later than 5:15 PM
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Infants up to age 2 are free but do not receive a meal or a seat at the restaurant or show
- The pre-show train ride is not included; an additional fee applies
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are honored for cancellations made within 48 hours before check-in. A full charge applies to cancellations made outside 48 hours and no-shows. For groups of 20 or more, cancel at least 21 days before the luau for a full refund; cancellations or changes within 21 days are non-refundable.
