- Keep a personal flotation device (PFD) with you; all minors must wear one at all times
- Alcohol, drugs, and being under their influence are not allowed on or while operating watercraft
- Follow your craft's capacity limit; weight limits range from 100 to 1,000 lbs depending on craft
