Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental period for a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours and no monies will be refunded unless inclement weather, as determined by Off the Hook Boating was declared.

Yes. Fuel is not included and is charged based on usage when you return. Sales taxes and merchant fees are also not included. A refundable security/damage deposit is required.
Yes. Complete the boat rental agreement and liability waiver in full at least 24 hours before departure. Every passenger must sign the Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver before boarding.
