Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour for a full refund or credit. If the operator cancels due to weather, choose an alternative date or a full refund. For other operator cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price. Service may be refused for intoxication without a refund.
