- Renters must be 18 or older
- Drivers need a valid boater safety certificate and government-issued photo ID at check-in
- All participants must sign a liability waiver before departure
- Keep the boat within 15 miles offshore
- Do not operate the boat under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other impairing substances
- Bring food, drinks, snacks, sun protection, towels, a phone, and ID; glass containers and spray lotions are not allowed
- A $500 credit-card damage deposit hold applies and is released after the boat passes inspection
- Your card may be billed for damage to the rental
- The listed price excludes a credit card processing fee, a $50 processing fee, and a $25 cleaning fee
- A fuel surcharge of $6 per gallon is not included in the listed price
- Excessive cleaning may incur an additional $50 charge for trash, stains, food, or fish and ink removal

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before start for a full refund. Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a 50% refund. No-shows, including arrivals more than 15 minutes late, are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
