- Ensure everyone in your party has a signed waiver on file before receiving the float ticket
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or make changes at least 8 days before your scheduled arrival date for a refund minus $5–$50 per reservation or boat and any booking fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are nonrefundable.
