Arrive 30 minutes before your trip start time. Start times are listed in Eastern Standard Time (EST), and late arrivals may lose trip availability.
You must be at least 12 years old (Tennessee state law). You can’t raft if you’re pregnant, and you can’t participate if you’re under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Wear closed-toe water shoes or tennis shoes (no flip-flops) and clothes that can get wet. Bring dry clothes to change into and a towel.
