Itinerary
- Meet and park at Villa Grove Park in Mequon.
- You get in our van and we shuttle you up to Garrison's Glen in Mequon.
- Launch and paddle the 5.5-mile river section downstream at your own pace.
- Take out at Villa Grove Park where your car is parked.

Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Ages 12+ required to paddle a single kayak
- Minimum weight: 35 lbs due to life jacket specifications
- Wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear that can get wet; no flip-flops
- This self-guided trip requires assisting with carrying kayaks when possible
- Leave pets, glass, and Styrofoam off the river
- Do not boat under the influence of alcohol; use alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Expect changing river conditions after rainfall, including shallow spots where you may scrape or briefly walk your kayak
- Trips run rain or shine except in severe weather

Receive a full refund or reschedule when you cancel more than 48 hours before your trip. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your trip are not refunded but may be rescheduled. Full refund or reschedule for weather-related cancellations.
FAQs
Bring a towel, dry clothes for after paddling, water, snacks, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear that can get wet; no flip-flops.
If water levels are too low for safety or enjoyment, the route may switch to another river section. You will be notified.
Single kayak rentals include a 9.5-foot sit-on-top kayak. Larger sit-on-top kayaks with a 350-pound capacity, instead of 300 pounds, may be available for taller paddlers or higher weight needs, but availability is not guaranteed.
