Important details
- E-bikes must be Class 1 electric mountain bikes with pedal assist only, a maximum assisted speed of 20 mph, and a weight of 58 lbs or less. Non-mountain-bike designs are not permitted on the shuttle. Noncompliant bikes may be refused service.
- If riding an electric mountain bike, you are responsible for finding your route and staying on trails where electric mountain bikes are legal throughout your ride.
- Ensure your tires are inflated and your bike is in good working order; the shuttle carries no tools or pumps.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure; the shuttle departs promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours' notice for parties of 5 or fewer, 72 hours for 6–11, and 1 week for more than 12. The cancellation policy is non-refundable. If the operator cancels for weather, you can reschedule subject to availability or receive a full refund.

No. A minimum number of riders is required. If the minimum isn't met, you'll be notified by 5 pm the day before about an alternative shuttle seat, if available, or cancellation.
Weather may force cancellation if conditions make the shuttle unsafe or could damage the trails. You'll be notified by text and/or email as soon as the decision is made, typically that morning.
There are no restrooms at the departure lot, and not all trailheads have facilities. Use the restroom before arriving.
