Important details

• Bring a valid United States or Canadian driver's license
• Carry personal vehicle insurance that covers a rental car on paved roads; additional insurance is not available
• Complete Utah's required off-highway vehicle education course for every driver: free for ages 18+; ages 16–17 with a valid license need youth certification, $35 and about 3–4 hours
• A refundable damage deposit is required on arrival: $3,000 per machine for ages 25+ or $5,000 per machine for ages 21–24
• Bring cash or a credit card for the damage-deposit authorization, which your bank releases after a few business days
• Use a trailer or Trailhead Delivery Service for trails beyond posted 45 mph zones; delivery with fuel and wash service costs $99 per machine and is not included in the listed price
• Use a tow vehicle rated for at least 4,000 lbs for one machine or 6,000 lbs for two machines when towing a trailer
• Do not drive on paved roads with speed limits above 45 mph
