Public charters: receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours' notice. Private charters: receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours' notice. Operator cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund or credit. Trips may be canceled for inclement weather or if minimum ticket sales are not reached. No-shows are charged the full price.
