Know before you go
- Have tables and chairs set up when the mobile studio arrives
- Ages 5+ only; adult supervision is required for children
- Final headcount is due 72 hours before the event and becomes the minimum billed total
- A $100 mobile art party base event fee applies in addition to the listed per-person price
- Optional finishing add-ons are not included: hooks are $5 each, bumps are $2 each, and shaping or slumping is $5 for 6-inch tiles only
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. With 7+ days' notice, you may reschedule within 90 days with your deposit applied. With less than 7 days' notice, a $100 rescheduling fee applies. With less than 48 hours' notice, the entire 50% deposit is forfeited.
FAQs
Have tables and chairs ready. The mobile studio arrives 15–20 minutes before your glass fusing event to set up and takes about 15 minutes to clean up afterward.
You’ll work with pre-cut glass pieces and receive full safety instructions.
