Itinerary
Your Pottery Painting Mobile Art Party is a creative and relaxing hands-on experience, perfect for guests of all ages!
Event length varies by pottery type — ornaments are about 1 hour, while mugs, bowls, and plates are about 1.5 hours.
15–20 minutes before start:
Your art host arrives early to set up all supplies and prepare your creative space. (Setup time is not included in the activity duration.)
0–10 minutes | Welcome & Setup
Guests get settled, put on aprons, and your host introduces the pottery painting process, materials, and color options.
10–20 minutes | Design Planning
Guests plan their color palettes and sketch or visualize their designs before painting.
20–60/90 minutes | Paint & Personalize
Time to paint! Guests bring their pottery to life with color and creativity, guided by the art host.
After Painting | Cleanup & Collection
Once complete, our team carefully collects all pottery pieces for kiln firing.
Cleanup takes about 15 minutes and is fully handled by our staff.

Important details
- Ages 5+ only; adult supervision is required for children
- Have tables and chairs set up at your location before the art host arrives
- Final headcount is due 72 hours before the event and becomes the minimum billed total
- A $100 mobile art party base event fee applies and is not included in the listed per-person price
- Optional rush firing costs $50 per event and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. With 7+ days' notice, reschedule within 90 days. Less than 7 days: a $100 rescheduling fee applies. Less than 48 hours: forfeit the entire 50% deposit.
