Things to know
Certified divers must complete a medical history form; some require a physician’s release and may not dive without it. If it’s been more than two years since your last dive, you must do a guided dive or refresher, or hire a private guide.
Extra charges: Rental gear is available for an additional fee. Snorkelers must pay a private in-water guide fee per snorkel group; confirm the exact total with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for changes/cancellations within 48 hours of check-in time unless your spaces are rebooked. Medical release may be required; if required and you arrive without it, you can ride as a passenger but cannot dive and will not be refunded. Dive sites depend on weather; no refunds if diverted.
FAQs
Bring your certification card, a reusable water bottle, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and a jacket for surface intervals.
Plan for at least an 18-hour surface interval after diving before you fly or travel to elevation (for example, zip line tours or visiting Haleakala).
Complete the required medical history questionnaire in your waiver. Some divers must also get a physician’s release; if you need one and arrive without it (or it’s incomplete), you can come aboard as a passenger but you can’t dive and you won’t be refunded.
