The crew here absolutely makes the experience, and guests rave about captains like Andrew, Ryan, CJ, and first mates like Matt, No-No, and Kena who bring incredible energy, local knowledge, and genuine hospitality to every tour. These aren't just boat drivers—they're storytellers who share Hawaiian history, skilled navigators who thread through sea caves that bigger vessels can't access, and attentive hosts who make everyone feel safe and welcome. The Super Raft strikes a sweet balance: agile enough to explore tight spots along the Na'Pali coast but comfortable with actual seats and an onboard bathroom. The snorkeling stops deliver with tons of tropical fish and frequent turtle sightings, plus there's a good chance of spotting dolphins during the journey. Light snacks and drinks are included, which seems to be plenty for most guests. One honest heads-up: if you have back issues, the ride can get bumpy on rougher days, so consider your comfort level. The stunning coastline views and cave exploration create memorable moments that experienced Hawaii travelers consistently rank among their best island adventures. One fishing review mentioned no catches, though that's just the nature of fishing rather than a pattern across the tours.
Captain Andrew and Mason were incredible hosts! I'd for sure book with them again. Captain Andrew drove the boat as well as he could given the conditions. It was a bumpy ride because of the swell, and they were super attentive to those who got seasick, making sure everyone was as comfortable as possible. We saw over 100 dolphins on the morning tour and they were happy to slow down so we could admire the spectacular mammals. I loved hearing the facts about all the local villagers—they really knew their stuff! Snorkeling was fantastic; we went on a visible day and saw an eel, a turtle, and lots of colorful fish of all sizes. Highly recommend!
